Genre: Platformer-defiantly is a platformer but unable to get back up when you fall down.
About: Defiantly has a bear in it but no penguin in sight and objective is not shown on what to do, just immediately went down instead of up, so instructions are needed.
Objective: Not really sure what the objective was but the description make me think you have to get your hat back?, i'd love to see the penguin wearing it.
Audience: I think this game would really suit 10+ as the character who is a bear is possibly rather adorable and the objective is really innocent and doesn't look violence plus the ease of the game wouldn't be too hard for young people to play together.
What makes it fun?: Currently the character make me laugh as it was cute bear and i love cute things although it wasn't a made sprite but a bear from the cartoon show that i can't remember the name off, hopefully a actual sprite will be added soon.
Easy/Difficult?: Game seems easy to play but the light mechanic give it the difficultly, as you have to teamwork with your partner to move about with the light, it impossible to play alone. Small bug with the light, if you scroll to far to the side, the blackness moves, this happens both sides.
Chara/Set/Music/Art style: Has a lovely cartoony feel but does not have a actual sprite in place yet, the polar bear does work quite well tho.
Two things to Improve?:
1) Add some instructions at the start to inform the player that you need to go up and that the game requires two people, as i accidentally started playing it on my own and realised that i needed to use the mouse and the keyboard at the same time ,so i called over someone to help me.
2) This is more to do with your ichio page, it quite plain, you could try adding the title screen to it and the blue really hurt the eyes so you could make it lighter. The writing in the black is also not very readable at first glance.
